Pros:
Makes great healthy smoothies with any ingredients of your choosing, and iced cappuccinos with ingredients you have right at home in your kitchen.
Cons:
After several uses, it starts to leak liquids all into the base assembly right through to the vents on the underside while still PLUGGED IN TO THE ELECTRICAL OUTLET!!! How safe can that be?
Bottom Line:
I loved my Magic Bullets (I have two) because of the size, ease of use and clean-up, however after several uses all liquids in my mixtures started to leak right through the blade assembly - right through the plastic mold (not even the edges!!). How can that be, unless there are hairline cracks throughout the blade portion? I do not think the blade part is made of strong enough plastic to chop thing such as ice, which unfortunately it is intended for. For this reason, if you purchase this item to make smoothies containing anything hard like frozen fruit pieces or ice cubes BEWARE: IT WILL CRACK UNDER PRESSURE!!!
