Bottom Line: I've used my bullet very few times and it isn't working already. When I put the cups on the base it would make awful noise and I would find shavings left inside the base. Now it won't turn the blade at all. I can't see how you can put it on the base wrong. I kept trying different directions but still done the same. The motor(base)still works but blades won't turn. Now I have all these cups and base and blades but won't work. Very disappointed because I had wanted one for a long time and finally got it for it to only work a very short time.
