Pros: Good price
Easy to Install

Cons: Long calls (over 20 or 30 minutes) always get dropped
Few second delay in hearing the other person speak
Sometimes when I call someone they cannot hear me
Voicemails are playing blank most of the time

Bottom Line: The Magic Jack works great about 90% of the time. I am using it to run my small one-person office and am getting ready to look into either Broadvoice or Skype as an alternative (see Cons below) I have saved a ton of money with it - as opposed to paying $50 per month to the local phone company for a land line.
