Pros:
very sharp
do not dull
Cons:
cheap feel
Bottom Line:
These knives are the sharpest and most durable knives you will ever use. You can saw field stone with the all purpose slicer and hack wood with the rock n chop and they won't dull. The filet knife is great if you know how to use it. The chop n scoop is fine but feels kind of cheap. Come to think about it all of the knives feel kind of cheap, but they don't cut that way.
