This is the worst mop on the market. It is made of cheap quality plastic. Mine broke in half after only a few uses. They then had the nerve to want me to pay $10 to ship it back, $10 to return it to me and the repairs. Definitely not worth the small fortune it will cost you to own one of these. Their customer service team is not helpful at all.
