Bottom Line: SLAP IT you idiot! It is called a SLAP CHOP and you are pushing on it like a little girl. This product ONLY works well if you slap it...and I mean SLAP! My wife and I Love it. Also, Food doesn't get caught in it as much if you SLAP it either.
