Pros:Blades stay sharp

Cons:Not enough steak knives for my family.

Bottom Line: My husband used the chop and scoop to scrape the texture off of our ceilings! It was the perfect size and plenty sharp. The knife was still good as new for chopping! I love this set especially the steak knives. Bought a set for each of my daughters....  Permalink
