Iron Gym Total Upper Body Workout Bar
Pros:
Study. As advertised.
Cons:
No ab straps.
Bottom Line:
The Iron Gym is very sturdy. It's easy to take up and down. It allows many different workouts. There were no ab straps included in the package. I didn't want to spend $8 on them, so no ab straps for me.
