pros: Portable,can be used in other pcs. Very good voice/sound as long as it has a good internet connection.

cons: Looks fragile I would suggest making it more sturdier.
The software has some annoying pop-ups when starting the device.

Bottom line: I live outside the usa in Colombia and do a lot of bussiness with the usa. Got the magic jack in Best Buy on a trip to NY last june.

Being here in south america I now can call anywhere in the usa for almost nothing, device has already paid for itself many times in 2 months. It does require a good internet connection of at least 1000k, excellent product.
