Cons: It failed to kill me...it should of now my life is over and i have to live with the pain everyday of loosing kevin and my daughter kendra in a car accident not even 3 months later.

Bottom Line: I was suckered into buying this god awfull device. As soon as i plugged it into the wall it exploded. I was electricuded and had to go to the hospital. The electric serge mamed my heart. It opened a hole the size of a dime. The doctor said that it decreased my life by about 10-25 years. I call it the devil mop. I stored it in my closet getting ready to complain but i did'nt realize my daughter caught a flight from LA to see me. I awoke to a loud scream. My daughter tried to mop the floor with it. She was not seriously harmed but she did leave it on in panic. That instant my 14 year old dog kevin came in and was excited to see my daughter kendra that he thought that they were playing fetch. He bit down on the mop and it stopped his heart. I lost my friend that day. After writing an angry letter Shark ® finally responded. They said that I had to be lieing and said that there was nothing wrong with their product that I shipped back. Im 54½ years old and my health is starting to deteriorate. My heart hurts everyday. Shark is the biggest lier of all time. They hid probably a 100 million dollar law suit from the world. Now there is no evidence. I can't prove that my heart was injured from the mop now because they repaired it but... Even after then sent it back it did not even clean my floors very well.
