Pros: low cost - good sound quality - easy set up -

Cons: no fax / can't turn off call waiting

Bottom Line: Cannot turn off call waiting and I find getting my messages awkward ... sometimes muddlled sound - but I like the note pad ... call tracking ... phone book - great for salespeople & consultants. I hate Verizon & this + my cell are a good alernative. I used 3" cord & scotch taped the jack gto the side of my PC so it does not stick out or get pulled out.  Permalink
