Cons: Quits working after just a few uses.

Bottom Line: While the concept of the Euro_pro steam mop is great, the product itself quits after just a few uses. The steam portion did work at first and did did a passable job. However, after only three uses on my tile floor it quit producing steam. I mailed it away to be repaired and so far I've been waiting 10 weeks to get it back. I called customer service three times and they keep promising to return it or a new one to me. Customer service, by the way, is in India.   Permalink
