Pros: Quick heat up, no smell, no chemicals, no bending, can see the dirt on the pad. Worked great on linoleum, unvarnished slat wood floor and new kitchen laminate floor.

Cons: Handle stem is light weight and flimsy. Not a good idea for the angry or agressive.

Bottom Line: Think family of 5 with one bathroom, muddy lawn, wet dog and stomach flu. After my husband took apart the overflowing toilet for the third time I was sick of sanitizing and scrubbing the bathroom floor. Not to mention cleaning muddy footprints, salt and slush from the kitchen and hardwood floors. My sister-in-law brought her Shark Steam Mop over to do the bathroom floor and I was thrilled. No bending, washable pad and a long cord. I can't use chemicals and the thought of more bleach and vinegar (not together) to clean was overwhelming. I went out immediately and bought both the mop and steamer at Walmart. I am thrilled with the results!
