Pros: cleans great

Cons: only lasted for 6 months

The Bottom Line: we just built a new home and about 80% of it is ceramic tile. this was a great product as it was easy to use and cleaned well, but it just blew up, literally .... we turned it on and the it made a huge sound, steam went blowing out like crazy. we only had it for 6 months. luckily, we bought it at lowes, it's still under the 1 year warranty but we bought the extended warranty just in case. we will be taking it back to lowes and for as much as we liked it, i don't think we will be purchasing another one. we don't want to have to replace this every 6 months. i had a shark iron and it only lasted 2 years (i rarely iron). it just seems like these products from this manufacturer don't last long, at least that's been our experience with shark products.  Permalink
