Pros: Stays sharp, ergonomic, easy to use

Cons: not enough steak knives

The Bottom Line: Ive owned these knives for over 12 years! Never rusted! Never Dulled! I cut though frozen meat constantly so I'm not sure what meat people aren't able to cut thru. I often buy and freeze chicken quarters with not problem. Ive tried many so called "professional" knives over the years and haven't found a set that works better than these  Permalink
